Amanda Kang is a UCLA third-year student majoring in Theater, Musical Theater, with minors in English and Creative Writing

As a dedicated storyteller across various mediums, she is deeply committed to promoting equitable representation for all communities, with a specific emphasis on engaging with the AAPI, queer, and women-centered communities through diverse artistic expression. Her most recent work has taken the form of poetry, short films, op-ed pieces, and culture nights.

Looking ahead, she is excited to continue my journey as a writer and performer. She is actively seeking opportunities in the book publishing industry, with an interest in fiction or young adult titles. Additionally, she is on the lookout for professional performance opportunities in the theater and film industries for the upcoming season.
